ABOUT LOFTS AT 832

Lofts at 832 is Tax Credit Affordable Housing. All applicants must meet a set of qualification standards in order to apply for a unit. Please review below to see if you qualify! 

Income 

• Under Annual gross income restrictions 
• Minimum Income must be 2.5x rent or receiving Section 8 Assistance

Credit

• A credit score of 600 or above for application approval.
• A credit score of 550- 600 a deposit of one months rent required 

Rental History

• Applicant must have at least six months established rental history other than from a friend or relative. 
• Applicant must provide a way for us to contact present landlord and do his/her best to provide information for a previous landlord. 
• Applicant must have left all previous address with no lease violations,  given proper notice, left owing no money or damage to the property.
• If rental history cannot be established, an additional deposit of one months rent will be required.
